Community Manager for Emerging Metaverse Project

About the Project:

We're building a unique metaverse experience centered around creative collaboration and digital ownership. Our platform aims to empower artists and creators by providing them with tools and a vibrant community to showcase their work and connect with fans. We're in the early stages but have secured substantial funding and are looking for a skilled Community Manager to help us build and nurture our user base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
• Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Twitter, Discord, Reddit, etc.).
• Moderate online discussions and address user inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Organize and host virtual events, workshops, and AMAs to connect with the community.
• Identify and cultivate community leaders and brand ambassadors.
• Analyze community feedback and provide insights to the development team to improve the platform.
• Monitor and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the metaverse and web3 space.
• Develop and enforce community guidelines and policies.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams on promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Community Manager, preferably in the gaming, tech, or web3 industries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.
• Passion for the metaverse and digital ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Discord moderation and community building.
• Familiarity with NFT culture and trends.
• Basic HTML knowledge for formatting content.
