Job Description:

As our Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to achieve our key performance indicators (KPIs), including return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates. You will work closely with our marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall business goals.

• Developing and executing comprehensive Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies.
• Conducting in-depth audience research and creating detailed targeting parameters.
• Creating compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
• Managing and optimizing ad campaigns to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC.
• A/B testing ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options.
• Analyzing campaign performance data and providing regular reports and insights.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Facebook advertising trends and best practices.
• Collaborating with the marketing team on overall marketing strategy.
• Managing a budget effectively and providing recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns (minimum 3 years).
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and its various features.
• Experience with audience research, targeting, and segmentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and data analysis.
• Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with e-commerce is a plus.
• Certifications in Facebook Ads are a plus.
